Mailboxes Complete (TKTN LLC) SMS Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SMS communications with Mailboxes Complete (TKTN LLC). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these terms.


1. Purpose of SMS Messages

Mailboxes Complete uses SMS messaging strictly for operational and service-related purposes, including:

  • Service updates and confirmations
  • Responses to customer inquiries
  • Order status updates and scheduling details

We do not send promotional or marketing messages.


2. Opt-In Methods

Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Texting START to 610-495-9192
  • Providing verbal consent during a phone call or in person with a Mailboxes Complete representative

Upon opting in, customers will receive the following confirmation message:
"Thank you for opting in to receive messages from Mailboxes Complete. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. View our Terms & Privacy Policy: https://mailboxescomplete.com/terms_and_conditions"


3. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on service needs. On average, customers can expect to receive 1-2 messages per week during an open work order.


4. Opt-Out Instructions

Customers can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message received from Mailboxes Complete
  • Calling (610) 495-9192 to request manual removal

After opting out, customers will receive a final confirmation message:
"You have opted out of SMS messages from Mailboxes Complete. No further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply JOIN or SUBSCRIBE or contact us at (610) 495-9192. View our Terms & Privacy Policy: https://mailboxescomplete.com/terms_and_conditions"


5. Help & Support

For assistance with SMS communications, customers can:

  • Reply HELP to any SMS message
  • Call (610) 495-9192
  • Email info@mailboxescomplete.com

Upon requesting help via SMS, customers will receive the following response:
"Thank you for reaching out to Mailboxes Complete. For assistance, call (610) 495-9192 or email info@mailboxescomplete.com. Reply STOP to opt out. View our Terms & Privacy Policy: https://mailboxescomplete.com/terms_and_conditions"


6. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Customers are responsible for any messaging or data charges as determined by their mobile carrier.


7. Data Privacy & Security

Mailboxes Complete respects customer privacy and will not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data is securely stored and used only for the purposes outlined in this policy.
